1st Salian Islands rural cup

this is something i wanted to make because why not
also i will say this is set on a completely different planet and the tech level for vehicles is around the same as mid 80's on earth
this is the 1st season of the Salian islands rural cup also i don't blame you for struggling to pronounce some of these names i'll come up with
anyway in this fictional world this is something known as a "Osit Formel" or "Open formula" what an open formula is, is a formula one style championship however there is no regulations excluding a cost cap and vehicle size regulations, other than that ANYTHING can be done to vehicles unless they make the vehicle undrivable and very dangerous
No real names of teams, brands, or drivers due to it being on a different planet. (The planets name is Udraiyogmi) (if you wanted to know which in the most spoken language of the most populous country in the Salian islands speaks), the budget cap for a season is US$1000000, or near 4 Million Osiec (the currency of the region)

in this 1st season there is only 16 drivers and 8 teams here is the list and description of the team origins:

Usieka racing team: Founded by a modest family business near the city of Spakapon (population 315K) and the business is called Usieka after the family surname and they make engines for motorbikes and joined the season to unsurprisingly advertise their engines so they will be a supplier of engines for some teams in the future and this season

Alio Matin: A small privateer team founded by a millionaire residing in the small mountain town of Yanectchi (population 186), the owner/founder of the team owns a papermilling business and joined the sport for enjoyment as they enjoy motorsports in general, the goal of this team is to bring in young talents into motorsport (ages 14-18), they're aware of the dangers so make sure they don't make too fast or dangerous of a car. they use engines from Usieka

Comana Akal Racing Team (C.A.R.T): one of two teams created by a joint effort from farmers in the principality of Seta in Seta-Anorka, these farmers made these teams to show how farmers and their kids can be competent in the motorsport world, the farmers use the same engines for both teams, the engine manufacturer is Comana, a local company setup around 30 years ago that makes engines for tractors, obviously the engines in the vehicles are not the same as the tractors.

Comana Lioton motorworks: Is the other team founded by the farmers, i don't really need to describe this team besides that this team is for the younger drivers

Drivers: Hefeesh Tiapi (21 years old), Kyzolei Yosefik (19 years old)

Tracoli-Vishnam Adeno: founded by two mining guru's that are friends with eachother in eastern Alconsaig this team was specifically designed around bringing family and their friends into motorsport, their names are: Nesevo Tracoli, and Yupich Vishnam. they use a engines from a Sportscar company in their home country, the company is called Adeno and they told the Guru's that the engines will only be allowed to be used if the company name is in the team name and is the title sponser.

Drivers: Nayous Tracoli (25 years old), Yanach Vishnam (27 years old)
Designer: Miyosa Tanyam

Datiko Developments: A small predominantly R&D focused team founded in the Principality of Anorka in Seta-Anorka, this team was founded by a small company which focuses on the development of weapons (clearly anyone can join this), they're in the sport to figure out if the way they make guns and military equipment is actually viable in racing, obviously they're not allowed to have weapons on their cars. they make their own engines and don't allow anyone else to use them, mostly due to their experimental nature possibly being dangerous.

Drivers: Urigayama Tsuruki (28 years old), Entiali Lofest (23 years old)
Designer: Saiki Hronjki

Lasi-Namina Racing: Another privateer team like Alio Matin, this team was founded by a group of friends in the town of Hasacta (population 2585) in Eschabiana, 2 of the 4 founders work with clothes making equipment, 1 of them works with underground wiring, and the other works as a team leader in a call center. this teams focus is on innovation although this leads to many failures, this team is always struggling for cash yet due to the commercial person of the team (the call center worker) they're able to get sponsors really easily even if they're shady.
The use engines from a large engine supplier known as Yitstana these engines they're given however are usually outdated models from teams in similar level motorsports due to this teams lake of funding.

Designer: the wirer AKA Shinsi Kriegstein

Sjishma Morena: A team founded in the isolated community of Yakona (population 92) in Bolshviek this team was founded by the mayor of the town for the soul purpose of entertainment, he makes sure the team is well funded thanks to having backfunding of the oil company in town, this team whilst being one of the wealthier teams is known to have issues with inner stability which hurts their performance off track and on track (more impactful in later seasons), the engine manufacturer they use is called Morena and is the company that makes the motors that power the oil rigs near the town.
