ERS - Season 4

Season 4 of the ERS.

Teams:

Le Roux Technologies - A French tech company, helping advancements in the sport

Entendre would part ways with Blackwells over investigations into the company's legitimacy.

Drivers:

Lyons (Price and Knox), Entendre (Malmqvist and de Rijke), and Veloci (Narravise and Barbero) would field unchanged teams. Raphael Engel would retire, aged 33 with 4 wins and 9 podiums across his 3 seasons, after his acknowledgement over his performances and the teams position - he wouldn't leave Bastelli though, becoming their lead strategist and Team Vice-Principal. He would be succeeded by 17 year old Dello Russo from Ignition. He wasn't the only one to retire, as 37 year old Loewe would also do so, and would join HMC's leadership team. HMC believed they had developed a decently competitive car but required a lead driver after Loewe's departure. They would sign disgraced Bastelli driver Jacopo Mazzi from the USA, hoping to help him rejuvenate his career. Ignition rushed to find a Dello Russo replacement, and settled on promising 19 year-old Parma driver Xhanari, who had outdriven the car in his previous 2 seasons. Parma brought in Slovenian driver Luka Blazic, aged 17 to be Xhanari's replacement. Finally, FlipSide were unhappy with the results of Whittaker, and replaced him with 16 year old Michael Knott-Cox, who seemed to have all the traits of a younger Narravise. Whittaker wouldn't leave the sport, however, joining the new Le Roux team.

Milo Whittaker - Aged 29 - British - Joined from FlipSide

Florian Leroy - Aged 21 - French

Incident:

There was a large accident during the 8th round in Portugal. It was caused by a collision between Kayden Knox and Yann de Rijke, Knox went airborne and collected teammate Price, while Cox and Dello Russo were taken out by debris. Knox was badly injured in the crash and would be replaced by Lyons AC Team Principal and former FlipSide driver, 40 year old Julian Mccarthy for the remainder of the season.
