The points go from P19 to P1, from 0.1 to 100. The gaps between the points of each position is 0.1 (between P19 & P18), 0.2 (between P18 & P17), 0.4, 0.7, 1.1, 1.6 etc. (the gap increasing by 0.1 each time). P1 would have been 98.8 but I rounded it up to 100 to make it a round system and to increase the weight of P1.
